Nich Archie

Orthotic Fitter

Nich was born and raised in southeastern North Carolina, where he developed an early interest in health, wellness, and the mechanics of the human body. This passion led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). During his time at UNCW, Nich focused on building a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and movement science, which continues to guide his clinical approach today.

After graduation, Nich gained hands-on experience as a physical therapy technician and pediatric medical assistant. These roles deepened his appreciation for patient-centered care and gave him the opportunity to work closely with individuals across all age groups and backgrounds. He especially enjoyed helping patients improve their mobility and confidence through supportive, compassionate care.

Nich is known for his warm demeanor and ability to make patients feel seen, heard, and valued. He believes that strong communication and empathy are just as important as clinical expertise when it comes to successful patient outcomes. At Del Bianco Prosthetics and Orthotics, Nich is excited to expand his clinical skills and contribute to a team that shares his commitment to personalized, high-quality care.

Outside of work, Nich enjoys a variety of sports, spending time with his partner Madison and their dog Leo, and collecting sneakers and sports cards. He looks forward to growing both personally and professionally as he advances in the field of prosthetics and orthotics.
