WHY WE RACE

This year, we are honored to donate all proceeds from the race go to the Amputee Coalition, the leading national organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by limb loss and limb difference. Through advocacy, education, and peer connections, the Amputee Coalition helps people navigate life after amputation and regain independence.

Access to the right resources and support can make all the difference in an amputee’s journey, and we are excited to contribute to their mission. We invite you to race with us—not just for the challenge, but to help make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

No. Packet and race numbers will be available starting 7:15am Saturday morning.

Can I run with headphones?
Yes, though it is recommended that you are aware of your surroundings for your own safety.

Do I need any water?
We have a water stop and extra water bottles for runners.  We recommend you bring extra water for you and your guests to make sure you are comfortable and hydrated. We have some shade structures as well.

Can I use a stroller, walker or wheel chair?
Yes. The course, however, is not paved. It is graded grass and gravel/dirt with mild elevation changes. We have had runners push strollers in the past. This is up to your judgment.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
The race will continue in the event of rain.
Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions and will notify attendees in person, via email, or via our race website. Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to “Acts of God”.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs and all service animals are welcome at the park. They must be leashed at all times. We kindly ask that you clean up after your animal and be mindful of all runners, children, and other race attendees.
